      I work closely with clients and architects to plan and design the installation of drywall, including identifying the scope of the project, setting timelines and deadlines. I am responsible for monitoring the project budgets, ensuring that costs are managed efficiently and that the project is delivered on time and within budget. Throughout the project I negotiate and manage change orders and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors and general contractors.
