  As governance professional/clerk to the governors I support the Headteacher and the Chair of Governors with delivering regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure future resilience of the school. I work with multiple Local Governing Boards within the Multi-Academy Trust supporting them to work strategically to monitor and evaluate the Safeguarding, performance (academic & financial) and overall effectiveness of the school.
