  Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Develop, foster and build relationships and collaborations with industry partners to create internships, job placement opportunities, and new business development.- Plan student internship or job applications, arrangements of interviews and resume editing for students and industry partners.- Plan and strategise the planning of marketing and industrial collaborative projects for new business development in the CPD program.- Conduct alum surveys and prepare reports for continuous quality improvement and new learning program opportunities for alums.- Plan and organise events such as the Career Fair, seminars, workshops, Alumni activities, new training courses, short courses, lifelong learning, reskilling & upskilling workshop, seminar, and forum.- Responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the overall management of RU CPD- Work collaboratively with partners to identify training needs and use data to measure the impact of training and CPD activities. - Budget controls, developing and ensuring milestones related to the training and CPD programme are achieved on time and within budget.
