Created new avenues for optimizing associate engagement to drive the identification and mitigation of hazards within the site and multiple regions. Developed and owned a wellness project that established an on site resource for associates to utilize self guided stretching and video guided stretching (developed with certified Injury Prevention Specialist) to prevent injuries within the first 6 months of employment typically referred to as "work hardening". This project was implemented across the region and reduced these injury types by 55% in 2019.
