  While serving in the Indian Army, I have led specialist teams ranging from 120-900 personnel and earned consistent recognition for expertise in Projects, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Security, Human Resources & Administration. Key Highlights: ► In this role, I was picked by Army Headquarters to build, launch, and grow a new military organization (Only 1% of Indian Army officers have this chance. Ministry of Defence-approved) with over 330 soldiers and numerous pieces of equipment worth hundreds of crores within a short period of one year. ► Was present throughout the project's life cycle and operations following successful validation.► Planned and carried out operational works worth approximately INR 100Cr with teams from the newly formed organisation.► Within the first year of the Project was instrumental in the procurement of stores worth approximately INR 60lacs for training and welfare of troops.
