      While serving in the Indian Army, I have led specialist teams ranging from 120-900 personnel and earned consistent recognition for expertise in Projects, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Security, Human Resources & Administration. Key Highlights: ► In this role, I was picked by Army Headquarters to build, launch, and grow a new military organization (Only 1% of Indian Army officers have this chance. Ministry of Defence-approved) with over 330 soldiers and numerous pieces of equipment worth hundreds of crores within a short period of one year. ► Was present throughout the project's life cycle and operations following successful validation.► Planned and carried out operational works worth approximately INR 100Cr with teams from the newly formed organisation.► Within the first year of the Project was instrumental in the procurement of stores worth approximately INR 60lacs for training and welfare of troops. The project finished on schedule despite staffing, logistical, and security challenges.
