  Transparency is a product serialization service that helps identify individual units and proactively prevents counterfeits from reaching customers. Transparency uses secure, unique codes that identify individual units, stop counterfeits from reaching customers, improve customer engagement, and give brands valuable insights to help optimize supply chains.● Ideated and developed a Promotion Automation tool and a Badging tool using Selenium to efficiently check and monitor promotions onmultiple web pages, finding transparency badges. This reduced daily work hours from 4 hours to just 10 minutes, significantly increasingproductivity and cost savings.● Led an SQL project to automate the calculation and reporting of brand enrollment metrics for Amazon sellers, resulting in a 4.5-hour weeklytime savings for the team.● Created a key performance indicator (KPI) in Tableau to measure the effectiveness of the brand enrollment program and providedrecommendations for improvement.● Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and ensure timely project delivery. Identified and implementedprocess improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.● Ideated and developed Content Submission Excel VBA template, EDX, and QA Sampling Tools, aiding in data cleaning and organization (theEDX tool) and filtering out 20% of work done in a particular area for quality analysis (the QA Sampling Tool).
