      Sr. Operations Manager 2009-2013In this demanding role I managed operations for five residential facilities valued at $30.2M, a 70,000 sqft supply warehouse, and spearheaded process improvement initiatives for under performing programs. My team of 5 mid-level managers, and I designed customer engagement strategies, and provided excellent customer service to 580 residents. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:☑ Project Manager for mission critical projects (planning, people mgmt, goal setting, mapping) ☑ Using Lean methodology to decrease waste and solve difficult business problems.☑ Created training and development program for managers and employees.☑ Provided coaching and mentoring to employees--increased motivation and productivity 10 fold.Manager, QA and Planning 2006-2009This is the role that helped me discover my passion for developing people (employees, managers, leaders).
