  Sr. Operations Manager 2009-2013In this demanding role I managed operations for five residential facilities valued at $30.2M, a 70,000 sqft supply warehouse, and spearheaded process improvement initiatives for under performing programs. My team of 5 mid-level managers, and I designed customer engagement strategies, and provided excellent customer service to 580 residents.
