Responsibilities • Providing excellent level 1 technical support. • Data gathering to produce service reports. • Maintain & update system records and archiving. • Provide support to senior management. • Installing, configuring & maintaining hardware, software. • Documenting client issues. • Solving customer issues over the phone related to troubleshooting and network connections. • Helping customers to perform trouble shooting related to their SIM cards (remove any services no longer needed from the connection, resetting pin etc.).
