      Sept 1390 - Sept 1393
      Piping Design Engineer

At Pardis Petrochemical Company, the premier complex for Urea and Ammonia production in the Middle East, I had the privilege of working as a Piping Design Engineer under the contracting firm HEDCO. In this role, I was entrusted with several key responsibilities, including:• Utilizing PDMS (Plant Design Management System by AVEVA) software for piping and layout design. This involved creating detailed models of equipment, structures, and foundations to ensure optimal placement within the plant.• Preparing essential engineering drawings and documentation, such as SSLD (Structural Single Line Diagram), NOCL (Nozzle Orientation and Clip Information), Ladder and Platform Sketches for equipment, and Opening sketches. These accurate and comprehensive documents provided crucial information for smooth project implementation.• Conducting thorough 3D model reviews and preparing comprehensive reports. This process involved meticulously examining the 3D models to ensure accuracy, identify any clashes or conflicts, and provide actionable insights for resolution.• Developing Piping Plan Drawings, Piping Isometrics, and Material Take Off (MTO) documentation. These deliverables formed the foundation for efficient construction and installation processes, as they provided clear instructions and quantities of materials required for the project. نمایش موارد کمتر

    • Mapna Group

      Sept 1393 - Jun 1401
      Senior Mechanical Engineer

During my tenure at TUGA Co., an esteemed gas turbine manufacturer in Iran, I had the opportunity to contribute to several significant projects, including Yazd Solar Plant Taban, Kahnooj, Chador Malou, and Qeshm Power Plants. In these roles, I held diverse responsibilities to quality assurance. Some of my key contributions included:• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for piping of MGT-70 Gas Turbines: I took charge of creating the comprehensive ITP, meticulously outlining the inspection and testing procedures for the MGT-70 gas turbines. This plan served as a roadmap to ensure adherence to quality standards.• Development of Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection and Test Procedures: I successfully developed QCPs and specific Inspection and Test Procedures for various tests outlined in the ITP. These protocols encompassed critical areas such as non-destructive testing (NDT), hydro testing, painting, balancing, over-speed testing, packing, and storage. My attention to detail ensured meticulous compliance throughout the manufacturing process.• Reviewing Vendor Test Procedures and Sub-vendors' Reports: I skillfully reviewed test procedures provided by vendors, verifying the accuracy and alignment with the required standards and specifications. Additionally, I meticulously analyzed sub-vendors' test reports to validate their compliance and identify any discrepancies.• Final Data Book Reviewing: I played a crucial role in reviewing the final data book produced by the manufacturer. This comprehensive documentation contained vital information about the manufactured gas turbines, and my meticulous review ensured accuracy and completeness.• Monitoring and Responding to NCRs and TQs: I actively monitored Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Technical Queries (TQs) related to turbo machinery equipment. My proactive approach involved investigating the root causes of non-conformities and preparing detailed technical reports on mechanical failures. نمایش موارد کمتر

      Nov 1400 - Feb 1402
      Senior Piping and Plant Engineer

As an integral member of the team at Engineering of SINA Methanol Complex(MOKRAN), I played a pivotal role in industrial plant design and modeling using PDMS (Plant Design Management System) . My core responsibilities revolved around the preparation of comprehensive piping documents to ensure seamless project execution. These included:• Plot Plan Development: I actively contributed to the development of accurate plot plans, which provided a visual representation of the plant layout, including equipment placement, piping routes, and structural elements.• Piping ISO Metric Drawing: I meticulously created detailed piping isometric drawings that accurately depicted the dimensions, routing, and specifications of the piping system. These drawings were crucial for fabrication and installation processes.• Nozzle and Platform Orientation (NOCL): I ensured the correct orientation and positioning of nozzles and platforms by preparing accurate NOCL documentation. This detailed information was essential for proper installation and maintenance of equipment.• Structures Single Line Diagram (SSLD): I developed SSLD, which served as a simplified representation of the structural elements within the industrial plant. This diagram aided in understanding the overall structure and its integration with the piping system.• Vendor Drawing Review: As part of quality control measures, I meticulously reviewed vendor drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. I provided feedback and coordinated with vendors to address any discrepancies or issues.• Model Review: I actively participated in model reviews, meticulously examining the 3D models to identify clashes, inconsistencies, or potential improvements. By conducting comprehensive reviews, I contributed to enhancing the overall design integrity. نمایش موارد کمتر
