  Customer Support Assitant

  I was working as a customer support assistant for an international electric company. My primary task was to handle technical complaints of costumers coming through the hotline and the mailing system. Using SAP system I forwarded the necessary information for the electrician department who were responsible for fixing the issues. Later my tasks were also correcting invoices and modifying contracts upon the request of the costumers.

  As a Project Manager, I was responsible for managing 4 projects in parallel, in two different time zones, all with foreign clients. I have been promoted to the manager of the testing team where I used to be a member. My tasks included creating test plans, determining testing methods, following the progress and reporting to management. I was also involved in test designing and execution too. I was a member of software testing group. The team was testing donor management systems for plasma centres. My tasks included implementation of test cases, verification, validation execution and looking for possible exceptional behaviors of the product. I was also involved in communication between development and software testing team by attending meetings and collaborating the managers.
