      Programmer/Data Processing Manager

Modified accounting applications - Managed the operations of the IT & Accounting departmentUpon being hired I was the key lead data processing manager/programmer to restructure and improve the current manual process for the companies earnings from the educational certification program. I lead, instructed and trained various departments over a six month period to take this earnings from a 10 to 8 week waiting period to a new immediate, 24 to 48 hour turnaround ACH/electronic operating system which improved the companies over all cash flow. This was one of my favorite accomplishments, the teamwork was fantastic and we all took joy in this process when it was completed. Many of the staff took pride in learning and taking on new and different responsibilities. Show less

      Office Manager & Human Resources

Summary: During my time with P&R, an important company savings accomplishment was implementing a Workers' Compensation/Safety Ergonomic Evaluation Program for each level of staff including C-Level management. This program lowered our overall Workers' Compensations claims by being proactive in making sure all staff were working in a happy and health work environment. This program also lowered our Workers' Compensation insurance premiums. I proudly received from our insurance carrier a letter of recognition commending me for implementation of this Ergonomic Evaluation Program program. The program became part of my HR Management Safety Compliance portion of the new hire onboarding orientation process.Manager in Human Resources Safety and Compliance / Office Management.Office Safety Manager. Consulting Agent

Hi there, my background as a Director of Human Resources compliments my new career as an Independent Consulting Agent for AFLAC... Who loves the Duck, I do.... :-}AFLAC is different from Major Medical Health Insurance which only takes care of the big ticket items, like Doctors and Hospitals.... But who takes care of the other things we are responsible for, like co-pays and deductibles? You can't take your Kaiser card and put it into an ATM and get money for co-pay and deductibles, right!.... This is where AFLAC comes in, it can help you offset your Loss of Income, any Left over Medical Bills, At Home Expenses, you still have to pay your mortgage and car payments when you've your sick or injured... AFLAC's plans Pay Cash directly to the policyholder not the doctors or hospital. You can use that money as you see fit... The plans are portable, they belong to you and go wherever you go. Policies are guaranteed renewal, and Premiums rates won't increase they will remain the same as long as you own the policy. Policies are affordable, most policies are $4 - $18 per week. Protect Your Assets and Life Style! I am really looking forward to working with all of you, Individually or as a group! Thank you, Sandra Grow, License# OK16882..... Show less
