  Key Responsibilities:>>Lead 8-member sales application planning, L2 operation and deployment team under DevOps modality. Responsible for all the sales and corporate business activity which are done through IT apps now a days. Custodian of 9 critical sales applications like biometric Subscriber verification system to sale any Robi SIM, RDMS, SFA, RedCube etc. Ensure an effective, resilient and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to all operations (including 24/7 service operations) especially direct customer related measures.>>Application Operational Automation and Site Reliability Engineering(SRE) using new technologies like ELK, Blockchain, AUTOIT, building/consuming JavaSpring Microservice APIs and using various scripting languages like Linux-Shell/Kubernetes scripting, Oracle/MS-SQL/Postgres DB Job-Procedures, Python, PHP, macro scripts to reduce manual jobs of IT and save IT cost. Bring all the operational maintenance activity under automation and zero ops like Deployment, SMS and Mail based Alerts and Monitoring, application reporting ETL/Analytics, Healthchecks, Housecleaning, Offline application data processing/reconciliations etc; collaborating with cross functional IT teams to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.>>Provide L3 operation support to help application developers optimize, troubleshoot, bug fix and maintain application performance and features with HLD/LLD design, codebase documentations and understanding any application through codebase traversing.
