The projects involved the development of technical solutions to resolve safety, operational, mechanical and reliability issues around the Ethylene Refrigeration Loop, Propane Refrigeration Loop, Regeneration Gas circuit, Produced and Processed Water Systems, Sewage Treatment Systems, Hot Oil Systems and NGL Stabilization Unit on the LNG facility. As Lead Process Engineer, I was required to supervise multiple process engineering teams and responsible for development of project estimates, schedules and checking or approving all process engineering work within the projects under my purview. I was also responsible for development and delivery of technical presentations to the Customer. • Supervised multiple process engineering teams (>20,000 process engineering hours). • All projects were completed within schedule and on budget.►►►►BP Trinidad and Tobago◄◄◄◄► Project - Trinidad Relief Systems ◄I functioned as the Lead Process Engineer/Technical Expert for the Trinidad Relief Systems Project. The Relief Systems Project consisted of highly technical studies which assess the over-pressure protection and relief disposal systems installed on eleven (11) existing BPTT facilities (offshore and onshore). • Supervised a team of up to 11 process engineers (>50,000 process engineering hours). • All 11 studies were completed within schedule, on budget and achieving all project KPIs. • The scope involved an in-depth assessment comprised of relief and blowdown device, system overpressure, radiation, dispersion, low temperature/brittle metal fracture, hydrate and vibration screening calculations.
