  This role at AB-InBev was made up of bi-annual rotations within the Continuous Improvement function at SAB. The majority of time was spent in the 'Innovation' team, focused on disrupting the market. Responsibilities included the project management of New Product Development (NPD) projects and the development of business cases to support the endeavors.

Responsibilities include data analysis to enhance fulfillment efficiency, implement performance metrics, and ensure system alignment with eCommerce goals. The position also involves developing metrics, collaborating with teams for alignment, and providing operational reports. As an eCommerce Inventory Optimization Analyst, data analysis tasks were performed to facilitate decision making related to stock levels and the improvement of shoppability on Makro, Game, and Builders websites. ERP systems (Mostly SAP) were utilised to enable decision making. Data-driven strategies were implemented contribute to the success of the eCommerce platform, ensuring optimal stock levels and enhancing the overall online shopping experience.
