      Spearhead the daily operations and strategic priorities of the College’s division of Academic Affairs encompassing the Office of Online Education and Academic Technology, the dual-enrollment high school program, International Scholar Services, the Library, the non-credit CASAC-T program, and the English Skills Academy. Create and execute program development, scheduling, student engagement, and student success initiatives. - Directly collaborated with teams across the College to align and advance key strategic initiatives, programs, and projects.- Increased course learning outcome (CLO) assessment completion rates from an inherited 10-20% in June 2022 to 43% by the end of Fall 2022 by collaborating with faculty governance leadership and Institutional Research.- Yielded a $2M cost savings for 2023-2024 in a challenging budget environment resulting from declining enrollment and state support by scrutinizing budget decisions and implementing multiple cost-saving measures. - Addressed declining student retention rates by implementing new student success initiatives, including the creation of a new First Year Experience Director and the securement of Title V funding to support the position in its inaugural year. - Designed a first-ever campus implementation plan for SUNY’s new DEISJ general education category. - Served as Principal Investigator on a the multi-year Title V grant Conexión, focused on connecting students to programs and resources through Guided Pathways to increase success and completion. - Facilitated the Provost Faculty Scholars program in collaboration with Lumen Circles to offer belonging and inclusion-focused professional development opportunities to more than 50 faculty to date.- Serve as Principal Investigator of SUNY Job Linkages grant focused on internationalization and global opportunities.
