Supported production of nearly 90 million pounds of confectionary products annually, including well known brands such as LifeSavers, BreathSavers and Bubble Yum.

  Responsible for oversight of a highly automated Material Handling Center at the Post manufacturing facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Center activities included unitizing, storing, and shipping 400 million pounds of cereal products annually. 25% of all shipments were customer direct, while the balance were shipped to network distribution centers.

  Operations Manager

  Responsible for Safety, Quality/Food Safety, Cost, and Service at one of our two plants. Successfully implemented two new projects which increased plant capacity by nearly 20%. Have consistently achieved outstanding performance results since taking on this role. Was involved in the implementation of HPO (high performance organization) whereby hourly-rated team members are taking on more responsibility. The Wyoming Bakery was Kelloggs' plant of the year in 2013 and we continue to attract a lot of attention from our Kellogg facilities for our leadership in employment engagement and a new initiative KWS (Kellogg Work Systems).
