      As a first-time intern with Eaton I supported the integration of Cooper Industries with Eaton Corporation through supporting efforts to generate synergy sales as well as assessing and providing recmmendations to improve processes and systems tracking synergy sales. • Catalyzed the achievement of $500 million in synergy sales for Eaton’s acquisition of Cooper Industries by maintaining and improving an ad-hoc SharePoint based CRM System for the sales team to track synergy sales. • Pinpointed and presented risks and remediation proposals entailing accurate synergy sales tracking to Marketing leaders by working with System Analysts to understand and process map the Oracle Order Management system.       • Lead a cross-functional team of 11 engineers, developers, and analysts to build data streaming solutions that allow critical healthcare data to be streamed from on-prem to a cloud warehouse enabling the use of central applications.• Designed and architected a Kafka-based data streaming solution using Databricks and Airflow to extract, transform, and load (ETL) healthcare data into a Snowflake cloud data warehouse. This replaced an existing file extract process, improved data timeliness from 36+ hours to one hour, and saved WellMed $13MM annually by enabling WellMed to use applications driven by the cloud data warehouse. • For my efforts, I was awarded a $20K RSU package.• Increased collaboration with the platform engineering team for knowledge-sharing and Q&A, enabling my team to leverage the Azure-based data platform. This contributed to reducing the project timeline by two months and saved $150K, ensuring an early Go-Live.• Coordinated with data transformation and quality teams to synchronize schedules for timely data ingestion, maintaining a shared project plan and holding regular meetings. This streamlined the project timeline, enabling the team to shave another month off the schedule.• Partnered with business and IT leaders to build a strategic roadmap for the new data streaming solution. Developed OKRs for data streaming pipeline readiness and KPIs for program financial performance. This initiative enhanced data availability for centralized applications, reduced costs, created new capabilities, and increased revenue.• Hosted weekly project update meetings for executive leadership to provide a concise review of milestone status, OKRs for improving the timeliness and quality of data, and KPIs for operational efficiency and financial performance. Show less • Functioned as Technical Program Manager to guide a team of three engineers in assessing multiple technologies for on-prem to cloud data movement resulting in a larger program to build real-time data streaming.• Led an agile team to build proofs of concept (POCs) for on-prem to Azure cloud data movement with Azure Data Factory, AZ Copy, Event Hubs, and Kafka. Performance and cost metrics of each POC were compared for SQL Server to Snowflake data transfer. This allowed IT managers and directors to ensure resources worked on the right initiatives daily, avoiding resource misallocation.• Set up bi-weekly, virtual “water-cooler” social gatherings with team members to allow my 100% virtual team to get to know each other outside of work responsibilities resulting in better team cohesion.
