  As the Finance Head for TEDxSAC 2024, my main tasks involved creating and managing a comprehensive budget that aligned with event objectives. I ensured funds were allocated effectively across key areas like speakers, venue, logistics, and marketing, and I monitored expenses to maintain financial control. Additionally, I provided regular financial updates to coordinators and led a team of finance volunteers, guiding them in their tasks and ensuring accuracy in expense tracking and billing.
