  Managing a team of staff to ensure customer service was kept to a high standard and that food was sent out according to food hygiene and safety regulations. I was also responsible for ensuring that everything was set up and closed down correctly each day.

  As a Residential Assistant, I had to deal with a variety of incoming calls, from students that had been locked out of their flats and noise complaints to accidents. I had to have an open mind and be able to keep control of the situation, call the emergency services as and when appropriate and create a written report of any calls that were dealt with.

  Customer Service Apprentice

  Being an Account Manager and Customer Service Apprentice at All Things Scene requires you to monitor various social media networks for clients, create unique posts to be uploaded and create and send out email campaigns. I also maintain a close relationship with the clients and attend weekly networking meetings.
