  My main function was to support a busy HR function at NCsoft. I was responsible for all aspects of day to day administration and record keeping. Working closely with the HR Management Team to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the HR department. I ensured that keeping accurate and up to date employee records and ensuring that the secure filing and record keeping systems are maintained and stored with the appropriate level of confidentiality. Administered employee benefits and processing the monthly payroll. Assist with Training and Development, including setting up training courses and maintaining records in relation to the Training and Development budget.Following the departure of our HRM in June 2008 and company re-structure in September 2008 I became responsible for the HR Function European office. This has meant that I have had a huge learning curve to climb in a short time whilst keeping this department running and offering the best service I can to my customers (the rest of the company).
