Commissioning and operation of the- control systems like Experion PKS 300 Honeywell DCS, Triconex Tristation 1131 ESD system, including loop checking, logic/ functional checking, completion of site installation and acceptance test.- Various process instrumentation (level, temperature, flow, pressure etc) of various international repute like Endress Hauser, Rosemount etc.- Enraf Advance Tank Gauging System- Emerson Flow metering skid with OMNI flow computers: measures oil flow of different oil product by means of coriolis flow sensor (CMF 400) and core processor using Micro Motion Flow Transmitter (MVD 2700) equipped with OMNI flow computers for measuring mass, volumetric and corrected liquid flow, involved in trouble shooting of RS 485 communication with DCS.- Pakscan MOV Control Station- Bently Navada Machine Condition Monitoring System- Unit Control Panel for providing stand alone controller for main line pumps using Allen Bradley PLC RS Logic 5000.2. I also took active part in Factory Acceptance Tests and Integrated FAT and conducted Site Installation and Acceptance Test of DCS/ESD system (Implementation & verification of logics with Engineering Diagram & Wiring Diagram and installation datasheets / specifications).3. I did supervise the installation contractor activities, verified them to match the hook-up drawings. I perform the cold and powered the Loop test from the field and indication in the HMI confirming the correctness of the whole system.3. I coordinated with various Vendors such as Honeywell, Triconex, Flowserve, Bentley Nevada, Tyco for F&G systems, Emeson, E&H etc to schedule the mobilization as per the commissioning schedule.4.       Responsibility:1. I used Intools to verify the engineering deliverables developed. I did calculation of control valve, flow element sizing using software such as Fisher specification manager, Instrucalc, Conval and verified the vendor submitted calculations. This was a critical activity to confirm the sizes of the valves and flow elements as they were one of the key items in the cost in the schedule.2. In Rotterdam Advance Hydrocracker Project, I played role of Functional Lead. I lead a team having pick staffing of 19 engineer and designer in that project which I picked up at FEED stage and compete till As-Built. I managed Staffing, Co-ordination with home office and client, Resource planning, Onboarding and Colleague engagement. I was also accountable for progress of instrumentation works and quality of deliverables to ensure compliance to project-specific standards. I was playing role of Matrix Manager for my colleagues in my team to provide feedback on annual performance assessment.3. In Al-Zour Refinery Project, I travelled to Honeywell, Houston factory to complete FAT of SIS and F&G system for Unit 39 and 63.4. In Fawley Fast Project, I played the role of responsible engineer for relief valves and transmitter engineering and procurement. I was also responsible for review couple of mechanical packages. Being a senior engineer with the experience in similar project I was providing guidance to other fellow colleague in preparation of specification, selection of instruments, preparation of design deliverables.5. I was involved in couple of proposal work such as HMEL DHDT Naphtha Splitter Unit Revamp Project, CCPPPower, BPCL detail engineering estimation.6. I was also doing departmental audit, peer review, error measurement of various commodity in other project as third party reviewer as per discipline quality plan to help improve their compliance to the project and international standards.
