  I started from a student position at IDC to a Command Center Manager position between 2005 – 2009 responsible for all emergency & safety activities on / off site, leading a team of 40 students. When i had my PMP certification i was given with the opportunity to become a Project Manager between 2009 – 2010 leading various projects in labs, clean rooms, and R&D environment, from labs layouts to software integrations. Following Japan's earthquake disaster I decided to Initiate an independent Search & Rescue team based on Intel employees, that was an innovative approach to tackle this scenario if it happen to us.
