   Managed a team of Project Managers for the execution of detailed business Capex plan at a value of between £20m -£30m consisting of performance and profit oriented greenfield and brownfield projects to deliver value, profitability, NSV points of above 5 and ROI of greater than one. Led a team of Professional Project Managers and Engineers to deliver two Wastewater recovery plants to reduce water consumption through and driving leading water efficiency performance to the implementation sites with water ratios. Led the development of various innovative projects to package various brands by creating packaging flexibility, grew annual sales by millions of pounds. Delivered on an annual basis Capex Tax rebate of millions of pounds from the Federal Government of Nigeria for Guinness Nigeria.  Managed a phenomenally successful Project Management team for 6 years using Prince 2 Methodology and Lean six sigma tools to deliver 40+ productivity projects with improvements in Quality, milestones delivery time and costs reductions to improve profitability and deliver returns to Shareholders. Managed and mentored a team of Engineers and Technicians to create opportunities for future Leaders. The Change-leaders travelled to other facilities and returned to share best practices with peers. Delivered project milestones in a safe, compliant manner, with zero LTA & fatality using the Diageo Engineering Excellence Project Management standards.  Championed, planned and executed annual major overhaul, focused maintenance and re-innovation projects for positive viable ROI. Championed the acquisition and implementation of best automation technology and solutions in line with World Class Manufacturing Managed company wide Assets and verified all assets. Managed the interfaces with Government agencies to obtain all required permits.
