       Manage people at work ensuring proper organizational development, HR planning, job description, job specification, recruitment & selection. Develop and ensure implementation of an effective Performance Management System and ensure that each and every job is appraised based on quantifying and measurable way. Ensure training & development for the employee in consultation with unit head and developed each and every employee’s knowledge, skill and attitude to perform their duty effectively and efficiently. Develop, review and revise HR policies, systems, procedures, process and guidelines for the Company based on local and international law and ensue that the policies are practicing by each and every employee accordingly. Coaching, counseling and mentoring employees and ensure their job satisfaction at work.
