MGM is recognized for having a diverse and engaged workplace. I worked in their backyard among 6.5 acres of fun! The MGM pool is the mecca for all Lifeguards. It consist of four pools, three whirlpools, one lazy river, a kiddie pool, and a waterfall. My job was to maintain constant surveillance of guests and responded immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guests in the event of emergency. Show less
