In this new contract role, I helped establish a fundraising strategy for the organisation and execute its initial stages, including:-Launching a regular giving programme (Justice Champions) and a mid/major regular giving programme (Journey to 2040) to bring sustainable regular income to the organisation-Executing telemarketing campaigns to convert JustSpeak petition signatories into Justice Champion regular givers at ave $30/month with 10% conversion rate-Writing stewardship communications and calendars to retain our regular givers-Writing monthly email appeals with an average of $2000 per appeal-Developing supporter surveys to gather additional information from JustSpeak databaseIncluding grants, this fundraising strategy is forecasted to bring $300k+ by the end of 2020 to JustSpeak.
