  Support HR in the immigration process. Analyze sponsorship needs of potential new hires. Review documents for foreign nationals regarding the initial, renewal, and change of employer H-1B petitions. Review documents for TN petitions and renewals. Meet with foreign nationals and arrange meetings with outside counsel for the green card process (PERM, I-140, and I-485). Act as a point of contact and research questions/issues that the foreign national may have - reach out to attorneys as needed. Review internal policies with foreign nationals. Provide administrative support to attorneys. Proof, format, and documents for submission to federal and state regulatory agencies. Post filings on the internal website. Establish purchase orders for outside counsel firms. Track outside counsel budget and provide monthly updates to senior attorney team. Arrange meetings - room reservations, catering, visitor registration. Create folders in SharePoint. Provide backup support to within Legal Staff as needed.
