I manage a team of 6 case managers, a Housing Navigator, and a financial literacy staff person that work collaboratively to support over 80 clients at any given time. Supervised team of Resident Service Coordinators across 40+ affordable housing sites and serving 1500+ units of housing. Successfully grew program infrastructure and resources within the department, and was able to add on multiple positions to support the Property Management Department and the residents we served. • Assist tenants in living as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity and autonomy by offering resources and referrals to service providers.• Support tenants, on-site managers, maintenance staff, and administrative staff in bridging communication gaps by providing mediation and conflict resolution.• Fund-raise, facilitate, and help tenants plan community events and programming on-site.• Successfully providing eviction prevention services.
