While doctoral entrepreneurship is growing, evidence on the effectiveness and impact of enterprise education on a diverse range of doctoral students (e.g. gender, discipline areas, prior business/enterprise experiences) is still limited. The project will build an innovative framework to evidence doctoral students’ learning through their venture idea development by incorporating a self-assessment and other evaluative tools. A pilot scheme will be co-developed and delivered integrating curricular and extra-curricular learning activities, as a cross faculty-service collaboration within the University of Edinburgh.
