The first application of this framework was implemented in a Dialogue on Private Education in Pakistan that sought to engage stakeholders in the creation of a consensus-based agenda that outlines how best to interface with, support, and enable the success of the low-cost private education sector. My responsibility was to design the forum for discussion, including stakeholder analysis, and facilitate the dialogue in Lahore, Pakistan between government officials, private sector education investors, local public school owners, international finance and aid organizations, academic experts in economics and education, as well as local media representatives. This model was successful and has led to more similarly formatted policy discussions in areas beyond education. Show less
