      We provide outside catering for private functions where I have completed waitress and bar staff services. I provide front of house public relations along with assistance within the kitchen, including the packaging of food and general hygiene. I deal with a high volume of telephone orders, maintaining accuracy and time management throughout.I proactively manage the front of house staff and proactive liaise with the chefs on a day to day basis.I ensure the customer receives the highest standard of service at all times. The vessel is both charter and private. I fulfilled rotational duties, from all levels of service, housekeeping, provisioning and stock control as well as new crew training.
