  I was responsible for the running of all aspects of the team, from managing the budget to organising training and matches to ensuring all kit and equipment was in good working condition at all times . I also designed and had made a new team uniform as well as team-branded casual wear. I am proud that under my direction the team progressed from bottom of our division to finally finishing third. Furthermore, I was able to increase participation to such a point that we became the first college to field two teams to compete in the end-of-year intercollegiate knock-out tournament. Show less
