My time at Summa involved building additional business, which meant pitches on numerous sell-side, buy-side and DCM transactions. The pitches I worked on included companies from industries such as healthcare, TMT, logistics, construction, and retail.   Corporate Finance Trainee

  During spring 2018, I worked as an analyst trainee in the EY corporate finance / investment banking team. I was part of six live projects in TMT, gaming, utilities, industrials, and most notably healthcare, where I was part of the Finnish public pharma company Orion Corporation's divestment of their diagnostics business Orion Diagnostica to the PE investor Axcel. My time at EY taught me enormous lessons on managing effective acquisition processes and building strong IPOs, and helped me hone my analytical and technical skills further.
