   Preparation of agreements, protocols and memoranda of understanding and executive programs with countries and local institutions and organizations, Arab and international follow-up, that documented and implemented in cooperation with various departments of the Ministry. Identify and define the Ministry and relevant authorities and their obligations to meet agricultural agreements and memorandums of understanding and executive programs concluded with countries and other parties and international organizations. Provide the requirements of regional and international bodies in the cooperation programs signed with them in coordination with various departments of the Ministry. Participate in the meetings of technical committees, agricultural and High Commissions in common with countries and follow up the implementation as stated in these meetings in coordination with various departments. Translation of agreements, protocols and memoranda of understanding and executive programs, documents and correspondence related with the countries that require the nature of the work of the Ministry preparation.Study Tours:- A training course in ( Crisis and Problems Management and Making Decisions), Undersupervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, during the period of June, 16 - 20/ 2013 in the Institute of Public Administration, Amman/ Jordan.- A lecturer in (Rules to join WTO/ SPS) which held during the period of June, 03-05/ 2013, In the Palestanian Ministry of Agriculture, Ramallah/ Palestine.- Fellow-up Session of the 2011 Advanced SPS Course organized by the Agriculture and Commodities Division and Institute fot Training and Technical Cooperation of the WTO, during the period of July, 4-13/2012 which held in Geneva/ Switzerland.
