       Delivered the Trent XWB-97 Engine Program to market (2018), on time to the Airbus A350-1000 schedule. Accountable >$700M Business Plan ROI, budget >$350m 2018-2020, >250 employees. Delivered £50M combustion system engine upgrade program on time to challenging regulatory deadlines, correcting a critical business continuity issue. Driving agile practices, 18 hardware and 4 software upgrades completed in half lead time.
