  Duties/Responsibilities:My focusing areas are in the following:- Responsible to source, negotiate & purchase Yarn & fabric from local, foreign vendors following supply chain’s best practice price to ensure uninterrupted production.- Accountable to allocate PI in the sales contract export LC for opening back to back LC against purchase requisition & prepare office note for management approval through finance & audit.- Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies that support the company’s sustainability goals and enhance profitability by reducing costs, reducing inventory & optimizing supply chain efficiencies.- To collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability into business processes and decision making.- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.- To evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specification & companies SOP and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, on time delivery with full qty.- Forecasting production & supply needs in co-ordinate with marketing team and budgeting accordingly.- To co-ordinate with international logistic personnel to ensure proper shipment.- Working with cross functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives.- To prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and sustainability initiatives to senior management.
