  Process all customer orders onto ERP system and add to capacity plan including direct aerospace parts, projects, consignment orders, assemblies and general purchase orders. Manage all revisions of purchase orders and control all live information.Communicate with customers on a weekly basis including acknowledgement of order, status update, any issues or queries associated with the order and ECD. Create parts on ERP Software Javelin and plan the method of manufacture for part(s) and assemblies including routings, proposed duration of operations based on drawings, eprs, contract review and quotations. Determine bill of materials to be used to manufacture each part. Check material stock and issue planning sheet and drawing package to shop floor for manufacturing process to begin or to purchasing for material to be ordered.Update Kanban spreadsheet and prepare planning sheets in batches to ensure safety stock levels are maintained. Review and track all live orders on regularly basis and raise any issues to the production manager. Assist in rescheduling planning to minimize lateness. General housekeeping duties to ensure all planning sheets are up to date; all operators book onto each operation correctly and troubleshoot all issues during and after manufacturing process. Amend route cards and system to suit current capacity on shop floor. Review all scrap/reject parts on Javelin. Issue parts to scrap, rework or reprocess each rejection to allow process to continue. Add corrective actions to system implemented by quality.Develop current software and train staff to establish a more efficient system for continuous improvement. Assist with the creation of delivery dockets and invoices to customers and providing P.O.D to customers. Generate reports for managers and quality using Crystal reports.
