  I was tasked with a project to compare shipment unit changes from 2015-2017 for Lee products. The purpose of my project was to highlight key factors driving business changes. I created Excel documents summarizing unit changes for the forecasting department. To determine why significant changes occurred, I further summarized significant shipment data in to another Excel file and interviewed account planners and executives. I created a slideshow of my key findings and presented it to the company.

I documented and tracked all open and committed resource assignments and forecasted possible at-risk projects to support supply and demand.   As a Resource Analyst, I oversee consultant resourcing for Oracle Health’s Commercial Revenue Cycle team. I review contracts and work with sales to understand client staffing requirements and report on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization both manually and through automated reporting tools including PowerBI.
