Through making cold calls, business visits and effective coordination, I successfully introduced two global trainees working in China. Meanwhile, I attended different AIESEC conferences as a chief delegate and assisted organizing National Youth Summit on Sustainable Leadership in Shanghai.   The core role is to manage & improve the performance of the organisation, as well as coordinate with external corporate partners, which requires interpersonal skills, creative thinking and leadership. I redesigned the departments' structure and streamlined the orientation process. Furthermore, I initiated an inside training system in the organisation, which led to an increase in the satisfaction rate and the number of new members (20%). Part of my job was also to assist organising recruitment simulations and job fairs.   Summer Intern- Data Analysis and Internal Communication

  Illuminera is a consultancy specialised in problem-solving market research and marketing strategy consulting. My role was to process and analyse questionnaire data as well as present the findings to the consultancy team for supporting strategy development. Employing my analytical strength, I used EXCEL for data analytics in order to extract information about the selected KPIs. Additionally, I presented the findings in various charts for problem identification. I also demonstrated my communication skills such as explaining research results in a story-telling way with the support of data.   Graduate Intern at Supply Chain Innovations

  Intern/Thesis project: Enhancing resilience in a semiconductor supply network via modelling and simulation of business continuity strategies. Published in the Winter Simulation Conference 2017 as an Industrial Case.Resilience is at the heart of current supply chain management thinking. Infineon, as a leading semiconductor manufacturer, has been planning on various business continuity strategies to increase it. However, which strategy will perform the best under what disruption scenarios remains unclear to companies. In this project, I developed and designed the DES model in AnyLogic (Java-based), considering the lead-time, stocks and manufacturing technologies. Furthermore, I conducted scenario testing and performed analysis on operational and financial KPIs: faster fill rate recovery and reduction of economic loss (at least 2 times). The simulation model is a policy preparation tool for improving production planning and manufacturing strategy in case of major disruptions. Show less
