In addition, I worked as part of the Site Navigation team to optimize the website’s “Search” feature.   As part of Babson’s Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE) program, I had the opportunity to work with team of five students on a semester-long consulting project for Ayco. Our goal was to help the company navigate the great generational wealth transfer by increasing retention rates among client's millennial heirs. In order achieve this goal, we conducted both primary and secondary research that allowed us to analyze the ways in which Ayco advisors could improve the quality of their engagement with younger generations. Ultimately, we were able to provide Ayco with key insights and strategic recommendations that allowed them to feel more confident in their approach to engaging with the millennial generation.
