  Relocated to San Antonio in 1979 and was one of the original 14 individuals to establish the first ever Arthur Young office there.

  The primary activity of AeroServ, which was part of the WKG Group of companies, was the acquisition and management of businesses engaged in service and supply to the aviation industry. One of its subsidiaries was AeroThrust Corporation located in Miami, Florida which was the second largest independent jet engine maintenance facility in the U.S. Had major role in the sale of AeroServ to the FFV Group of Sweden in February, 1986.

  Global International Transport Services was formed to own separate the international freight forwarding business of Global Van Lines which had been part of the WKG Group of companies.

  Joined GLNX after successfully leading GLNX's management buyout of several equity investors, including an affiliate of the WKG Group of companies. Responsible for negotiating the financing and acquisition of several large railcar fleets. Developed strong ties to the financial and investor communities in Houston and throughout the U.S.

  Since 1996, GLNX has consistently increased its fleet of railcars, sold all of its railcar repair facilities, and maintained its focus as a premiere railcar leasing and management company. For 40 years, GLNX has been serving customers (from Fortune 500 companies to medium and smaller-sized companies) that transport a wide variety of products used in the oil and petrochemical, food, plastics and agricultural businesses.
