    • Klubb FM

      Aug 2003 - Aug 2020
      Founder & CEO

www.KlubbFM.comAt 14 years of age, I created one of Ireland's first Internet radio stations (possibly it’s first). I recognised that streaming would be the future of how audio would be consumed (too bad I was only 14). The station was then formatted upon CHR & Adult Contemporary and broadcasted 24 hours per day.In 2012, the station was re-imagined as part of my final year project and thesis at University. On 10th January, 2019, I launched the station as a fully licenced IMRO and PPI worldwide internet radio service signing some of the world's best Dance DJs to host their shows on the station including: Roger Sanchez, Mauro Picotto & Nicky Romero. I also assembled a worldwide team to execute my vision. The team were; Matthew Troughear (Website & Technical), former VP of Imaging at iHeartMedia & the Voice of LA's #1 Hit Music Station, KIIS FM, Kelly Doherty (now the Voice of Klubb FM), Nick Daley (Imaging Producer & Co-Voice of Klubb FM), Chicago's award winning writer, Lauryn Lugo (Writer). It was formatted upon playing Top 40 during the day, and at night we turn into one of the world's biggest Trance, House & EDM stations. Show less

Due to the ever-changing nature of technical rosters, this made it easier for all staff to keep updated instantly on time changes, new and relevant technical info etc, and allowed me to update the roster very easily (even if off-site) without worrying about an old roster being mis-read and not having an adequate team in place for the production.• Executed a smooth 2-month transition during the ''hand-over'' period to the new incoming Technical & Facilities Manager after I didn't express an interest in the job due to other commitments at the time.
