  European Schoolnet is the network of 34 European Ministries of Education based in Brussels.My core tasks:- Managed several multi-million European projects, such as the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform of the EC; “EmpowerED - thriving edtech ecosystem for better learning” Digital Europe project; “Scientix: the community for Science Education in Europe” H2020 project; “STE(A)M learning Ecologies” and the SEER Horizon Europe projects etc.- Actively contributed to the development of project outputs and coordinate content related tasks.- Organised high level international meetings, workshops, and events, including the overall coordination of the two-day Scientix 4 international conference in November 2022, with almost 2000 participants, high level speakers, and coordination of a team of 23 people.- Supervised the work of 5-8 colleagues across different project teams, to ensure the correct and timely implementation of project tasks and activities.- Coordinated and drafted new project proposals for EU funding applications.- Contributed drafting policy documents (e.g. policy briefs, recommendations and declarations mainly addressed to European Ministries of Education and other key stakeholders) and papers in the field of digital skills and STEM education (e.g. Scientix Observatory papers and reports)- Participated in several relevant working groups and events with experts and key stakeholders.   Fondazione per la Scuola (FpS) (https://www.fondazionescuola.it/) is an independent operating body of Compagnia di San Paolo (https://www.compagniadisanpaolo.it/en/). Here I coordinate the “LINEup - Longitudinal data for INequalities in Education” Horizon Europe project and I contribute to the strategy and implementation of the “Boosting Digital Capacity” project, a capacity building programme to supporting primary and secondary schools in consolidating their digital capacity.
