  • Remained accountable for all previously held responsibilities in addition to serving as the main Level 3 contact for 2 previous integrations efforts related to BillTrak Pro including Global Crossing and TW Telecom including:- Revamped the workflow based on feedback obtained from all NetEx, streamlined from individual to functional responsibility. • Led the successful integration for the LATM NetEx to Oracle, working in tandem with the LATM team to implement thousands of new GLs into BTOD.• Co-developed a back-end infrastructure for a BAN Reconciliation OBIEE dashboard, initiated internally in anticipation of business needs. - Championed timely turn-around times that enabled users to complete SOX mandated cleanup 30-days ahead of schedule. - Assumed comprehensive responsibility for the execution of enhancements and the maintenance on back-end infrastructure after project completion. • Developed a historical view of reconciliation for BAN Consolidation that allowed Level 3 to track the complete impact of the dashboard and used analysis feedback and automated cleanup to consolidate of 50% of all accounts. • Played a key role as the sole developer of back-end and ETL for all NetEx OBIEE dashboards including:- Significantly reduced controllable LPCs by granting NetEx visibility into how they were being generated.• Partnered with the dispute team to correct multiple bugs that prevented mass payment of disputes and built email processes for the automatic notification of work needs to users to enhance and maintain the wMDT reporting and dispute management tool.• Automated portions of the day-to-day processes for auditing, disputing and the processing of invoices, creating custom, automated audits within BTP in response to business requests. • Created, tested and implemented BTOD rules to streamline numerous business processes and modified workflow including the SOX compliant Approval Group System.   • Retained all responsibilities from the previous role in addition to the tasks of this position. • Served as the technical lead for migration to a new billing application, Synchronoss Access Management (SAM), a 14+ month effort involving 20+ years’ worth of expense data.• Translated all existing field usage to the new billing application, standardize the use of new fields to simplify downstream reporting, and support GL Coding and Security configuration. • Delegated various cleanup efforts and admin configuration to different teams and individuals to assist in the migration.Notable achievements while in the position have included:- Developed and automated backend infrastructure for weekly payment reporting and operational dispute reporting, and co-developed and automated accounting dispute reporting. - Rebuilt and automated a dispute filing process for large vendors, which reduced a 40+ work hour manual process to <4 hours, delivered cleaner dispute filing causing fewer rejections of disputes and a quick turnaround time from vendors, and eliminated filing dispute errors.- Created a more robust environment within the Corporate Data Warehouse, creating mapping documents from existing to upcoming application’s database with 1,500 fields.- Mapped the fields to the existing structure in CTL's Corporate Data Warehouse, developed a more robust architecture for Network Expense data, which allows the data to be obtained from a single normalized source.- Built an intake process via the Microsoft teams using Flow and Planner to better track open items for the larger community.
