  Managing the annual review team in Adult Social Care, having exceeded the annual review target whilst also supporting our hospital, front door, safeguarding and community teams. As a senior Social Worker, I was able to manage complex work within the community teams, carry out Safeguarding Enquiries, complete court paperwork and attend the court of protection, and to also assess needs and mental capacity, in line with the appropriate and relevant acts. I also had a role as a supervisor and supervised 4 people. I started as a Social Work Assistant in Adult Social Care in July 2016, then went on to a Qualified Social Worker post in November 2016, and continued to be promoted annually there forward until I reached Senior Social Worker level in 2018.
