  Complete responsibility for the successful planning, procurement, management and implementation of an imaging system for five different business areas within Labor and Industries including budget planning, technology and architectual assessment, feasibility analysis, conceptual and detailed design, contracts management, personnel and resource planning, coordination with client team in user acceptance testing and training of over 800 staff, implementation and support.
