      โ€ข Project Lead for our very own electric car called the E20. The project is the second iteration of the original E17 in which we are performing a complete facelift to improve aerodynamics and redesign the interior of the existing car. Responsible for CAD (Solidworks) and simulations.โ€ข Worked on a concept design of a hybrid bus-lorry to transport construction workers safely in Singapore. Our work was recently featured in the Straits Times.

      Network Architecture and Sensor Integration: Oversaw the creation of a network consisting of an Intel NUC and Raspberry Pis to enable smooth communication across robot fleets. coordinated the integration of multiple sensor devicesโ€”such as UWB tags, 2D RPLidar, and IP camerasโ€”into the ROS2 framework to enable reliable data collecting.Expertise with Open-RMF: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing the Open Robotics Middleware Framework (Open-RMF) for fleet management, incorporating an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) named Dex with success. Used Free-Fleet to control traffic dynamically, allowing robots and the master server to communicate effectively.Fleet Coordination and Navigation: The AMR was able to explore its surroundings with efficiency through the development of a thorough traffic map and waypoints. Used SLAM GMapping for accurate mapping, allowing the robot map and RMF floor layout to be reconciled. Created unique launch files that allowed the RMF server to be deployed and allowed simulated AMRs to perform functions.Physical AMR Integration: Showed remarkable adaptability by physically integrating Dex, translating the simulation to reality. Utilized data from LIDAR scans to generate a personalized traffic map, which allowed stress testing via RMF Panel using continuous loop activities.Integration of Multiple Robots: Started the process of incorporating a commercial robot (Temi) into RMF.
