  Mark manages the Midwest transportation groups environmental project's and is the lead author on project documentation including Catex’s, Environmental Reports and Environmental Assessments. He specializes in Section 4f, 6f documentation as well as ASTM Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments which are completed for both commercial properties and transportation projects.Mark serves as project manager and lead planner/designer for a variety of projects including comprehensive and sub area plans and park plans, and provides current planning services for a variety of local municipalities. Mark is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch UP, Civil3D, and GIS applications. Using these tools, Mark combines his creative background and understanding of municipal regulations to prepare community sensitive solutions for long-range, neighborhood, and area master plans, site development concepts and design guidelines.Marketing and business development?
