Front office - The major responsibilities were serving welcome drinks to the Guest , assisting guests with there luggage to their rooms , learnt to update guest information On the system (IDS) , learnt to take checkin & checkout of the guest , learnt to make room keys , attended daily briefing , learnt little on night audit.Housekeeping - Attended Morning and Evening briefing on time , Learnt to Make bed & Dusting of rooms , proper cleaning of Washroom using R1 to R7, TCM setup & Minibar setup , learnt different Towel foldings , learnt to settle minibar bill on POS . Food&beverage service - Worked in Banquets Grand wedding parties & meeting and conferences like 300 , 500, 1000 pax count , learnt to make different banquet set-up like Board meeting set-up , Table setup , U set-up , Cluster Set-up etc. Banquet buffet set-up according to the menu provided , Arranging of cutleries & crockeries according to the pax count. assisting the guest with table service. Worked in Restaurant Vegas for 1 week learnt Breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet setup. Food&beverage production - Worked in Sky-high bar & grill restaurant Kitchen based on Mediterranean cuisine. Learnt how to make Pastas & pizza , Pizza sauces , kebabs , Mise en place , food handling and food cleaning , cleaning of refrigerator , tagging and storing of food , store pickup & inventory check , learnt different tandoor marination , Worked in commissary , learnt plating of different dishes.
