      Worked as Mechanical Project Engineer, where I was responsible for day to day planning of project activities and resource allocation, directly reporting to Joint President (Projects & Developments). My core job entailed planning for day-to-day activities and monitoring the daily execution schedule. Alongside, I had to keep a track of overall progress of project activities alongside keeping a track of required inventory. I was also responsible for the formal communication to the different stakeholders on the behalf of Jt. President. Preparation of agenda and Minutes of Meetings for the project review meetings with higher management was also part of my responsibilities. I was deputed at vendor site for 4-6 months to expedite the dispatches. It was a great learning exposure in terms of leadership lessons, managing a vast team and optimum use of resources.
